Melissa Green is a certified Holistic Nutrition and Wellness Coach and received her education and training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). Melissa began her career in the fashion industry; however, after five years she discovered her enthusiasm and drive for the industry faded, leaving her feeling discontent, stressed, and unfulfilled. Melissa realized that she always had a personal interest in nutrition and exercise, and it wasn't long until she decided to combine her passion for health and her career aspirations in pursuit of holistic health and Integrative Nutrition.
This career change was the key that opened Melissa's eyes and heart to a happier, healthier, and more positive lifestyle, which she hopes to spread to each client she touches. Through her self-discovery process, her personal experiences, and the educational tools she learned from IIN, Melissa provides support and success to each client.

As a Health Coach Melissa helps young women achieve their health and life goals with step-by-step improvements and by incorporating natural food choices and positive habits that work for each individual. Above all, Melissa supports her clients by providing them with tools they need to create balance in their busy schedules, reduce stress and increase energy. Through this process, the young women Melissa works with achieve pure happiness, beauty and confidence from the inside out.
These gradual, fun, and lifelong changes help her clients produce positive results and help ensure each individual is living their best self!
About her Method:
As a Health Coach, I create a supportive and comfortable environment for you to focus on and achieve your specific health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical health and lifestyle coaching methods. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and help customize a plan that is specific to your own health, lifestyle and personal needs, as each of us is different.
I will teach you how to nourish your mind and body through incorporating natural foods, practicing exercise and movement, focusing on self care, and making healthier choices every day. Through these changes you will reduce stress, increase energy, lose weight, and create pure happiness, balance and beauty from the inside out.

Melissa Green is an exemplary, unique, and poised health & wellness professional. Originally from Miami, Lisa now resides in South Philly. When not on her mat, she can be found either running, spinning or getting together with her friends and family.
Lisa has taught several of our amazing Yoga Fundraiser classes including most recently for Students Run Philly Style and the National Stroke Association.
Yoga found Ewa in 2001. The challenges she faced on her mat reflected very much on where she was in her life at the time. Ewa realized how much of a positive impact yoga has on her everyday life , on and off the mat. She continually seeks to grow as a teacher and student of yoga. She decided to share her love for yoga by getting her Certification in Power Vinyasa and is E-RYT 200,YACEP (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, Continuing Education Provider) Certified with Yoga Alliance.
Ewa encourages students to move towards their potential in the physical postures and guides students to understand that yoga is not just about the physical practice, but also about a commitment to a positive, life-altering experience. She hopes that students will find a sense of self-discovery, with a deeper aim of self-realization.
Sara’s studio classes are taught in the vinyasa style, a dynamic synchronization of yogic breath and postures. These classes offer a good dose of athletic rigor, met by an equal sense of meditative calm. her relaxed, approachable demeanor infuses each session and encourages practitioners to “be where they are, not where their neighbor is.” Private group and one-on-one sessions are tailored to specific interests and needs, and will always uphold the philosophy that yoga is a continual process of self-inquiry.
Sara is a certified yoga instructor through the Nosara Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica. She received additional training in yoga for trauma, children and pre-natal. she is forever grateful to all teachers, yoga or otherwise, who have supported her along this journey.
